Return and Shipping Policies

14 days return for credit in in-store, 14 days return for size change if bought online.

For online purchases, when returning an item, the customer must contact Papillon via email or call at 310 540 5747 in order to approve the return, and/or try to find a better size or alternative. Returns without authorization will not be accepted.

When purchasing an item in-store the full amount will be credited as store credit to the original tender if returned within 14 days of the date of purchase and accompanied by the original receipt.

Items must be in like-new condition and unworn with tags attached, to be accepted as a return, in case of a different size selection. Price adjustments will be accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase when accompanied by the original receipt. Price adjustments are accepted on items purchased at the full retail price only. Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount, are not eligible for further price adjustment. Receipts marked 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return. 

Special Event dresses, and tops, pants bought online such as  John Paul Ataker, Mes Demoiselles, Ema Savahl, Unbreakable Evolution, Komarov, Olvi's, T.ba, In Earnest, In Bloom, Byron Lars, Carolina K are final sale.

Special Jewelry like Tat2 Design and accessories such as Artesano Hats are Final Sale. All Accessories are Final Sale.

For Sizing and fitting assistance please call 310 540 5747 and/or 310 701 7632 to learn about selecting the right sizes and fitting that goes for each specific brand, and zoom call sessions are available in the case of an online sale assistance.

Customer must pay for shipping returns.

All international sales are final, no returns allowed.
