L is the average hat size for women. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up — the hidden adjustable inner band allows you to tighten the fit by up to one full size. To adjust: locate the velcro tab hidden behind the inner band strip and pull to tighten accordingly.

Care & Reshaping

• Wearing: Use the brim when putting on or removing the hat — avoid crushing the crown
• Cleaning: Remove stains with a damp cloth and mild soap, dabbing gently. Follow with a clean damp cloth and air dry
• Reshaping: If the straw has distorted from humidity, lay a damp cloth over the affected area and pass a warm iron over it to reshape. This method also works to adjust the brim direction (up or down)
• Storing: Store in a cool, dry place on a shelf away from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with water, excess moisture, and heat — straw may become brittle and crack. Do not leave in a hot car
